I just would like some clarification on gift charms.  I had a free month VIP and it came with a charm I guess, thats what the email said but im not sure where to look for it. Also if the charms are not used in a timely fashion do they disappear? thank you

  The monthly Charms will be placed directly into your Charm Manager. Click anywhere on the right side bar where your active Charms are displayed, and this will open your Charm Manager. You'll be able to see all of your stored Charms here.

  Samantha hi... I've had roses gifted to me but have no idea how to retrieve them... they haven't shown up on my charm list... any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated. tyvm ;)

  If you received Roses, they're automatically added to your Charm Manager or in the active Charms display on the right side of the screen. The only way for Charms to not appear in these two places is if they've already been used.
