missing charms again

So it happened again this morning. I was gifted a rose then hugs from the same person. I changed the charm setting so they don't spend. I still have the rose in the charm manager but the hugs disappeared. I never used it up so where diid it go? The second day in a row for this to happen. Help.

  I have addressed this in your previous post. The only reason a Charm will not appear in your Charm Manager is if it's been used. Every time we have investigated this type of report, this has always been the result.
