losing coins, whether playing max bet or high roller bet

how is it possible for someone to lose over 2 billions coins in 1 day.no matter what i play could not get a hit. took over 675 spins to get 5 free spins. and then only got 5,000 coins.. i understand theses games are programed, but this is dumb. and i am . my brother is, my 2 girls , my cousin are dumb to keep paying and not enjoying ourselves...losing up theses games or im afraid you will lose approx 6 members  which include my family.
