WHY DID I LOSE ALL MY MAIL FROM SEPT 2022 TO JUNE 2023? PREVIOUS MAIL IS STILL THERE AND AFTER JUNE MAIL IS THERE... IDK IF ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS HAPPEN...I HOPE IT CAN BE RETRIEVED

  The only way to save inbox messages is to click the star on each message. Inbox messages will automatically be removed after about 30 days and any messages without the star will be removed.
