profile not working correctly

in my profile box, i enter an  AVATAR name, and i get,, " no avatar by that name"  try again,  u cannot not message the Avatar i want to chat with and i can not enter hosted parties on time because i can not get the avatar i want.  i must always settle for overflow.  been paying goo money for last two years and am not enjjoying this at this time.  in otherwords, Do not feel like i am getting my moneys worth.   Need to have my profile box fixed so it works the way it is supose to. ty.
