All Bingo wins are paid out the moment you hit the Bingo button for a valid win. If you're not hitting the Bingo button, the game won't pay out. If you are hitting it, and you have a Bingo, the Coins are awarded at that instant. If you're looking for your Coin total to go up at the end of the Bingo session, by then you've already collected your Coins and won't see anything happen. Since Bingo doesn't fail to pay out correctly, it is likely one of those reasons.
