texas holdem game freezing
Today 10/12/2024 between 9:15 and 9:49 the texas holdem game froze on me not allowing me to either bet or win the hand. This has happened many many times. Today I took a picture of the 3 games I should have won but before I could download them into my photo album the game froze while I trying to chat and tell a friend that I would be right back, but before I finished my chat the game froze and a reload screen came on. Of course I lost the photos and hand ID numbers because they disappeared because I did not have the chance to purchase them. I have talked with many friends here and all have similar problems. The site kicked me out every 10 or so minutes as I tried to log on during the week. I have cleared cache, temp files, closed all apps, changed browser. The same problem happens constantly. I would like your bug fixers, coders or whoever can improve this casino site to do so as soon as possible. Many people have been inquiring about other casino sites. We like meeting with friends , chatting an playing the games together. I would think zone/vegas world would like to keep the players happy so they will stay and know the site cares about the smoothness of how their games played and lessen the complaints and nothing improving. Please fix the glitchs as quickly as possible. Players have to earn levels to get perks but for me it is frustrating that I lose hands I clearly would have won, then having to use my winnings to buy the photos showing I had the winning hands and lose. Plus since my photos disappeared before I could purchase them , is there any way I can go through my history to get Zone the ID numbers? Please let me know thank you'
ONE THING I AM NOT SURE IF I SAID IN OTHER REQUESTS IS THAT WHILE AT TEXAS HOLDEM THE ONE THING I HAVE NOTICED IS IT FREEZES MORE OFTEN AND I HAVE TO REBOOT IF PLAYERS LEAVE WHILE THE HAND IS STILL IN PROGRESS. I HOPE THIS HELPS SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
