CONNECTION ISSUES

Zone has been freezing during many of the games especially games with more then 1 player, like Texas Holdem Multiplayer. My screen does not freeze at first, the players move, I can click on their profiles and read their page. The timer bar on the player whose turn it is to bet etc. goes all the way down, that is the danger point. then I can't see the rest of the game. It is very frustrating when it is the last round of betting after river card is shown. Zone will time you out before you even know you are no longer a participant in the hand. I check the last hand and see if I actually won or lost, as long as 2 players show their hands. Then you have to get pictures of table and hand ID number quickly before the next hand is over, unless there is a way to see all the hands that the player played that day and can review to see Hand ID number.    ONE THING I HAVE FOUND THAT SOMETIMES HELPS TO UNFREEZE WITHOUT HAVING TO RELOAD AND RESTART ZONE IS THAT IF A PLAYER LEAVES IN MIDDLE OF GAME OR THE TIME BAR FOR A PLAYER GOES ALL THE WAY DOWN TO SIGNAL YOU MIGHT BE FROZEN, I DOUBLE CLICK ON PLAYING FIELD SS, A SMALL WINDOW POPS UP. CLICK ON INSPECT AND THE CODING SCREEN(i guess that is what it is) POPS UP TO LEFT. ***** THE ONLY THING I CLICK ON IS THE X JUST  BELOW THE X FOR THE SITE(I click to return to the full screen game after the split screen either is bright or your game continued) SOMETIMES I WOULD HAVE TO DO IT SEVERAL TIMES . THE LONGER YOU CANT CONTINUE YOUR HAND ,THE MORE LIKELY YOU HAVE TO  BE KICKED OUT AND REBOOT  ZONE!  MAYBE THE ZONE DEBUGGERS CAN LOOK AT THIS BECAUSE IT KEEPS COUNT OF ALL ISSUES ETC. I am not a game developer or a coder for the site so I will not touch anything in the coding sequence. MAYBE THIS CAN FINALLY HELP ZONE FIX THIS PROBLEM. FOR ME , DURING THIS PROBLEM OTHER STUFF STILL WORKS , SO I AM NOT HAVING A CONNECTION ISSUE, BECAUSE OTHER ITEMS AS SEEING PROFILES OF EACH PLAYER , TELL ME I  STILL HAVE A CONNECTION AND I AM STILL PART OF THE TABLE BUT AM UNABLE TO BET  TO CONTINUE THE HAND. Please let me know if I stumbled onto a coding issue. I can not read nor correct a coding error but there is a part of the code that cant continue due to a missing instruction.
