Charms Disappeared

Last night, I acquired two charms from the gold-level Sea of Riches game. I didn’t play any other games after obtaining them. However, when I signed in this morning, I noticed that the charms were gone. As mentioned, I hadn't played any other games after collecting these charms. I've also seen that other players have reported similar issues. Can anyone advise me and the community on what to do?
