Very disappointed to confirm that the email that tells me I receive a refund of my bet, does NOT give me a refund. I usually play slots while waiting for refund. This time waited and watched and got NOTHING.  For all the money and time I have spent here, (5 years +), it is just not fair.  Very discouraging.I should stop playing mahjong and perhaps all of it since the odds are worse as well for winning the slots.

  If your Blackjack, Dragon Mahjong, Solitaire, 3 Card Poker, Fringo or Bingo game fails or is interrupted before completion, your wager is returned automatically. If you start a game, but do not finish it, it is logged by the system. At first, all incomplete games are compensated, but soon replacement is limited to games that are 50% or less complete. If you have too many failed/incomplete games, the system will stop replacing coins altogether.
