Sea of Riches Wheel

I'm having issues with Sea of Riches Wheel pausing for a lengthy time and not releasing the gifts or the charms. Also the after rebooting, the charm(s) didn't appear in collection of charms. The Charm is called "Margarita".  How do you know what you have received when the additional free coins don't spin because of the wheel has frozen?

  Zone should replace charms that wasn't received from spinning the Sea of Riches wheel.

  I had 100K ,,  I had the (4) fish which grouped to a win of $2,000,000.00 and one charm with three spins to play

  The prizes on all 3 levels are cheap and not worth the money. Specially the Gold level spins. Time should be spent upgrading the prizes get rid of the coins and CHEAP ASS charms.
