Missing Passes

The Zone wouldn't load for me yesterday afternoon. When I finally got on last night, I was missing hundreds of party passes. Also, the Zone charged my credit card for my monthly VIP even though I had not saved my credit card on the site. Hopefully all of this was from some sort of glitch and the Zone will replace my party passes. I will take care of the credit card issue!
