Constant VW disconnections are unfairly at the user expense.

Why the constant disconnections here lately?  And why the shift in policy not to charge the user for losing a $5.000,000 game of solitaire or a 2,000,000 poker hand when you cant manage the load and latency on your servers.  Everyone is bothered by this degradation of quality and arbitrary refund policy.

  I got knocked off a game 3 times and could not reload the site.  Shut computer down and tried to reload zone casino.  Came to help center for help.
