I was having the same problem on pogo and found a comment there that fixed it.    1 go to chrome://flags    2 type in override in the space provided.then go to override area and hit enable. at the bottom you will see relaunch click on that and your problem  should be solved. It worked for me. Good luck

  Hi Lou, thank you for sharing :)

  Search term "override" brings up two Override options to enable:  1) "Override software rendering list", and 2) "Override effective connection type."  Which one are we supposed to Enable?  Thanks in advance.
