distorted webpage

lately the part in the webpage where you click to see your profile or select games is blurred and last without letting click to choose a game or open your profile although the rest of the page is fine i get stuck with the game I am  playing because of this problem, please help.

  I keep getting the "Sorry, something went wrong, reload page, open help center".  This has been occurring for the last two weeks.  What is going on?
