Losing connection at parties and games
I know that this problem has been brought up numerous times in the past. Started out as a once in awhile thing and now i get this 5-7 times a day. I do not have a wifi connection, it is a hardwire right to my pc. I've cleared my memory numerous times and get the same results. Only here on this site do I encounter this issue.
When if ever will you look into this issue? This is a pay to play site and my willingness to continue to pay is what is at stake, I enjoy playing the games and going to the charm parties, but find it hard to accept you can not do something to fix this issue.
Do you want us to stay and buy gems? or are you just trying to take the money and run blaming it on the users pc's and connection
If you would like me to stay after my current gems are spent and used up, I would need more than you blaming others for your sites problems, I do want to stay but find it difficult when I lose out on the party charms at a party that I paid to get in
Just as I expected, same old excuses blaming us the users for their problems and not accepting the simple fact that it is here and not on any other sites, ( at least not the ones I go to ) that we, the payers, are at fault. so due to their inability to fix THEIR issues, I ask a simple question. How much longer do we allow ourselves to be subjected to this. for me, it is until my current gems run out, no more gem buying for me till they address and fix THEIR problems0
We have checked and rechecked and Zone has been running as it should be the entire time. We cannot explain these reports and our developers are certain the problems aren't originating from Zone itself. There is no evidence suggesting a Zone update is responsible for the uptick in reports.

Just a repeated excuse given, as I stated, until this issue of repeated lose of connections is fixed, no more gem buying for me0
I too, have the same problems with losing connection when I am in the middle of playing a game. My other sites, are up and running, so I don't understand how it could be a problem with my network connection. I've lost jewels, and many coins.0
