I was going into a disco ball party, paid my party passes (400) and it started to load then froze up. I had to refresh the game and went back to the same party and had to pay 400 passes again to get in.

  You're only charged for attending the Charm Party when it successfully begins. If you leave and reenter the Charm Party before it begins, you're not charged a second time.
