Which article within the Knowledge Base explains the Party Timer?  If not there, where is the information explaining the countdown by the party banner?

  The articles regarding Charm Parties generally just explain how they work, but I can add the information on the party timer.

  If a Charm Party is having some trouble filling to 25 players, the party will begin with less than 25 players. For example, if the party has about 23 players attending, the timer will start. The party will need to keep at least 23 players during the timer for the party to start.
