I thought we got 200 gems each month as VIP

I thought we got 200 GEMS the beginning of each month with our VIP Subscription? We still do on Vegas World and the same people own all three Casino World also. Why no Gems at first of month??? Thank you !

  The monthly Gems are received when your subscription is renewed. I checked your account and 200 Gems were received on October 28, 2021.
