i received this while playing sea of riches. This happens all the time and I lose prizes. I notice I am not the only one this happens to. I've sent this to you before but have never had a response! Not very good practice in keeping players in my opinion. Sher2

I'm seeing you've sent one email to Customer Support back in September, and a response was sent from our team within 24 hours. It is possible the response went to your spam folder.
Sea of Riches determines your rewards on the Zone servers as soon as you start the spin. You're then just seeing the animation of the spin to see which rewards you're getting. All of your rewards would have still been received when you reloaded the page. It was just the animation you wouldn't have seen.

i have had this happen a number of times and yes when i log back on i found that i DID get all the extra prizes that i thought i had lost.
