Prizes rate in party rooms

I've noticed that the rate of progress at the top of the page in party rooms has been moving VERY SLOWLY in "Dem Ballz." We pay 100/110 gems to get the "ball" rolling, but it moves very much as slow as a glacier. In other rooms, where the entrance fee in gems is lower, it moves MUCH faster. Why is that? It would be nice to get a personal response.

  The entry fee for the charm party is what determines this. If the entry fee is more valuable, then the bar moves more slowly and the rewards on the bar are larger.

  So the host can pick. A cheaper party will be quicker to fill the bar and give smaller prizes. A more expensive party will be slower to fill up but give much better prizes.
