Why Can't I Play Poker?

My avatar will not populate at a poker table with other people and it is locked on Turbo unless I choose the maximum bet

  Multiplayer poker players who go "all in" pre-flop too often get flagged and are no longer placed with players who play more normally. If there aren't enough other players who have been likewise flagged, it can be hard to play at all. Once you do get an opponent, play normally (without going all in, pre-flop, at all), and the flag will be removed after a bit. You'll again be able to play normally. It's also possible the game will not place 'new' players with veteran long-time players.
