I have been getting the same message for the last couple of days.  In fact, The Zone frequently times out and gives me that message before I can even connect.

I have a great internet connection, no ad blockers on The Zone, and no idea what is causing this.  I have plenty of memory and a separate graphics card.

These things seem to occur when the Zone is "making improvements" and changes to games etc.

And yes, you are NOT the only one.  I asked at a couple of parties yesterday - that I could get into - and others described the same problems.

Looks like The Zone fixed something.  Everything is working for me now and I made no changes on my computer.

Yes, I know what you mean. I have tried to "refresh" every hour, but now this message seems to pop up more frequently- like MULTIPLE times every HALF hour!

To Samantha- Believe me, I HAVE tried the "suggested steps." The problem is now happening MORE frequently, AND (THIS time) the problem arose IMMEDIATElY after logging in and STARTING a new game. Because of these TOO FREQUENT issues, I won't become a "subscriber."

every computer i've ever had, several, since i started playing here, has had this disconnect problem.. including brand new, out of the box desktop and lap top. and NONE of my computers have EVER had an issue playing any other game or doing anything on the computer... just the zone. common sense and logic strongly indicate to me that the issue is YOUR equipments' interface with our computers and the programming they provide for us. i also believe it is YOUR job to seamlessly interface with the programming offered by the computers we buy.

and i'm not sure why, but it seems to me that i get disconnected more often when i've walked away from the zone, leaving it on auto play. i used to be able to autoplay overnight, mostly with success to stay logged into the zone, but that is simply no longer possible. if i'm on auto and afk, i get disconnected every single time and withing a short period of time.... figure that one out and you'll solve most of the disconnect problems i think, at least that i've experienced.... other disconnects during normal play don't happen as often but they do happen.

why not do a survey and ask everyone if there is anyone who NEVER has a problem and if you find any such lucky people, ask them (or check if you can) what equipment.software they are using???

Zone requires a constant Internet connection in order to play. If your connection drops, even for a few seconds, you'll get the something went wrong message. To help with this, we recommend trying the steps in the article I've listed above.
