System lags in Bingo causing missed bingos

In the last few days there has been a "lag" or stoppage of number-calling which has resulted in many missed bingos in both Silver Screen and the "changing pattern" games.  In both games, when number calling resumes, the missed balls do not appear in the called numbers column.  In the changing-patterns game, the missed numbers will show up as red, but only after 5 other numbers have been called.  Why is this occurring?  It has never happened before.  Am using MS Edge on Windows 7.
