    I came her to report the same issues.
    Zone keeps freezing and the only option is to refresh the tab.
    Been happening since you updated the charms/room theme yesterday.
    My major issue is it freezes EVERY TIME I access my inbox. And also on some of the games.
    Also had an issue trying to get into a player's suite, its been freezing after pressing on the suite icon.
    From chatting to other players, it seems that many are having this same issue.

    Same here with freezing when accessing email and also when trying to view another profile while in my suite. Tried 4 different browsers, cleared cache, cookies, and history. Same thing with Windows or macOS and also happens on VW. But hey the buy gems or charms works perfectly! LOL

    Typically, problems like this suggest a player's browser is running low on memory. Make sure you're not running any other apps or web tabs while you're playing Zone Online Casino, and if you have particularly bad problems, try 'refreshing' by signing out of your account and back in before using a feature that's caused you problems.     i went 2 sylvas party i froze didnt get 60 gems everyone elese did i went 2 sherrye party got everthing i hosted champayne party i was getting stuff thanking people we had 2 boxes left i froze didnt leave after i left i rebooted still nothing my friends told me they got 30 gems in 1 box and 150 in last box i got nothing i want my gems not gonna host or go 2 partys untill zone gives me my gems

    i keep frezzing at poker and get reload page alot i refreshed firefox my history was cleared still having trouble
