  BOOTED .............UNACCEPTABLE !      5X FROM PARTIES, CHATS, GAMES FIX FIX FIX FIX PLEASE!!!

  FROZEN..............UNACCEPTABLE !      10X just this morning, 5X last night!  FIX FIX FIX FIXA PLEASE!!

  I HAVE SPENT A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY ON THIS SITE, NEED TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER RIGHT!!!!!! happy to talk to you about it or better yet, FIX IT!!!
