    Well I have done this many times and still have problems with things not showing up. I have looked at every outfit that I have and made slight changes and saved them and still have issues. Flowplay needs to come up with a service patch that runs every now and then, to correct all the issues with the outfits. A good programmer would know how to fix this for us all so that we would not have to go to extremes trying to get our avatars and outfits back. I also can not change my outfits in a suite.  Everyone should be able to do and see the same things. I understand that it all goes through different servers and that is why we sometimes see different things but the program itself should act the same for everyone, it's not a browser issue either. I have tried every browser out there and still have the same problems.  All we all want is to be able to enjoy this site with no problems. Please find a programmer that can write a patch to fix all the known issue's on this program.

    I forgot to mention that I lost another account a couple of years ago and had to start all over. The account got lost in the system and no my account was not suspended ever it just got lost. I enjoy playing when I can which these days is not much hate to invest to much into it to possibly loose my account again.

    I am sorry to report we have no solution for players still having problems with their avatar display, including incorrectly displayed or missing head, clothing, body parts, and other visible errors. Some older/lower-end systems cannot render Zone avatars in the manner the game requires, and using current technology, there is no mechanism for fixing this issue.

    The problem is tied to systems that still require the now-obsolete Flash player to run Zone. As Flash player is set to be discontinued fully by the end of 2020, it is possible that players with these sorts of avatar problems will lose access to Zone entirely at that time.

    If you've saved an account with an email and password, the account can't be lost. If you would like us to locate a previous account, please submit a Help Ticket, and we can search for the account for you.
