Inbox Messages

Can you please let me know when the problem is fixed/solved ... I try to Whisper Chat people and Nothing and Try to Send Inbox Messages to people and all it does is freeze then I have to re-boot (very annoying)  .. Can you please let me know when you either fix/resolve...etc the problem
