I have done all the above - it takes forever in loading> once in - my avatar freezes- so I cannot move, chat or gift!! WHY??? PLEASE FIX THIS -I can't use my huge amount of passes!!

Trouble loading into parties
It takes a very long time to load into a party - the room has filled up & gifting of charms have started before I am loaded. Also once there I cannot move, chat or gift!! Please help resolve that...
