    I set up two parties but they were free to gamers and had no meters.  I want to have a party that people have to buy into with party passes or gems and there is a meter.  How do I do that.

    I paid $20 for 1200 and some gems (there was a sale) two day ago, but I have not received them yet.  If I don't receive them soon, I will call Pay Pal and get my money back.  What is going on????
