As things stand today, you can gift 5,000 party passes to someone for 2,000 gems. Why can't we purchase 5,000 party passes for 2,000 gems and use them for ourself?

What Happens if I press the ignore selection when a person keeps asking me to come to the same party
The question is pretty clear in the topic. Do you have to unignore that person at some point, or will it reset after either a)the party or b) I log out and log back in. Thanks

SOR - Gems yesterday but not today?
Title says it all. Consistency would be nice. Also - if Gems are not on the Wheel, why not add more chances to win Party Passes and more of them. Bottom line - Gems should be on the wheel...
